Return Policy

Eligibility Period

Marvel Showroom accepts return requests within 7 days of the purchase date. Beyond this window, returns may not be accepted unless the vehicle has a documented manufacturer defect or warranty issue.

Return Conditions

• Vehicle must be returned in its original, unmodified condition
• Mileage must not exceed 500 km from delivery odometer reading
• All original documents, keys, and accessories must be included
• No physical damage, scratches, or alterations should be present
• The vehicle must not have been in any incident or insurance claim

How Refunds Work

Once the returned vehicle passes our inspection, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days directly to your original payment method or as a bank transfer.

Processing fees, registration charges, and any applicable road taxes are non-refundable as per government regulations.

Non-Returnable Situations

• Vehicles purchased under special discount or clearance sale events
• Custom-ordered or pre-booked vehicles with confirmed specifications
• Vehicles that have been registered in the buyer's name
• Returns requested after the 7-day window without prior written approval

Return Process

• Contact our team via phone or email within the 7-day window
• Our representative will schedule a vehicle inspection at our showroom
• Submit original purchase documents and keys at the showroom
• Refund will be initiated post successful inspection clearance
